This was a valuable asset for itscity state or province, or ZIP code.time, but as more and more tools made the shift to a digital format, the cost of producing and mailing this directory started to become prohibitive. In addition, changing demographics and practice modalities, especially for our newer periodontists, creates a need for a more nimble way of updating.The member directory is an effective way for AAP members to find other AAP members. This can be very useful if you have a patient who is moving out of the area and asks for a quality referral.
